No. Spray tan solution doesn't have any kind of sunscreen in it. If you are going out, put on sunscreen.
Exfoliate and shave the day before (or at least 8 hours before). This will get rid of any dead skin and provide a more even skin surface for the solution.
Have your skin free of lotions, perfumes, makeup and deodorant.
With a regular tan, you'll need to wait 8-12 hours before you sweat or get wet. With the Rapid One hour, you need to wait for between 1-3 hours.
